Instructions and crystals for this workshop I have deliberately kept the number of crystals you need for this workshop to a minimum. You will need the following: One quartz crystal point Two amethyst crystals One crystal for each chakra. I recommend; red jasper, carnelian, citrine, aventurine, blue lace agate, sodalite and amethyst (you can work with one of the two amethyst crystals listed above). But there are many crystals which are suitable. For the purposes of this workshop any crystal whose colour corresponds to the chakras will be suitable. You may want to work through this workshop by yourself or with friends, either is good. Create yourself a space both physically and in time where you won?t be disturbed. You may want to dim the lights, light a candle and collect your favourite crystals around you. Make the space special. Read the accompanying booklet then play the cd. There are practical exercises so make sure you have the crystals you need ready. If you haven?t got these crystals you can still listen to the cd, skip the practical exercises and come back to them when you have your crystals.
