Loving yourself can be the key to opening up your heart and mind and being ready to manifest happiness, abundance, romance, and anything else you want.

Constantly giving others what you need can drain you of your own energy and leave you feeling exhausted and not special.
Having 'me time' can give you that special time to focus on you.
It's not just about how you look on the outside - it's about how we feel on the inside that projects outwardly.
You may feel lonely and sabotage different situations because you don't feel worthy and blame yourself for past trauma's or upsets.
You may also use food as a comforter and you may shut out family and friends who want to be there for you.
You don't need to do that anymore as you begin to feel so much better about you.

When you're feeling good, love yourself again and are taking care of you anything is possible.
Feeling happy from within and creating abundance in every way is possible.

With over 40 years' experience in wellbeing behind her, as therapist, teacher, TV and radio health and fitness presenter, Nicci Roscoe is an amazing therapist and teacher in her own right working with both adults and children, employing her Mind Medication process, which includes: crystal healing, Reiki, meditation, Life Coaching, NLP and other approaches as needed. Nicci is a Crystal Master Teacher, reiki Master, Meditation Teacher, Master NLP Practitioner, Buisness and Life Coaching Diploma Accredited by The International Institute Of Coaching.
She is available for 1-2-1 treatments and private classes in most of these modalities in St Albans.
Please note that the cost of all courses has increased by £10 to help cover the costs to keep a covid safe environment. Everyone will need to take a lateral flow test which we will provide immediately before the course starts. Therefore, please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the advertised start time.
We will also take your temperature as an added precaution.
We are wiping down all touch points at the start and throughout the day. These include door handles, credit card terminal, and other common surfaces.
We still provide coffee and herbal teas but in paper cups. Please only bring food and snacks for your own consumption. There will be no sharing of food.
The kitchen area remains closed to the public.
