Children's Workshops April 9th A young person’s guide to yoga, crystals and meditation with Sarah Slade Thursday 9th April10am - 12.30pm includes refreshments.
A workshop designed to help children relax, realise their potential and celebrate their uniqueness. Ages 7 upwards. Thursday 9th April 10am - 12.30pm £15 Refreshments included

Sarah Slade is a well, qualified children’s yoga teacher and meditation teacher and Has been running workshops for children for the past two years, as well as after school clubs and within schools to help in wellness weeks. A mum of two herself, she has worked in schools for about 8 years. She is a Crystal Master Teacher and Reiki Master. She has also created workshops for others. Her speciality is working with children to open possibilities for each individual.
